Obtaine a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from San Diego State University in 1992 and an MBA from National University San Diego, USA in 1994. With more than 20 years of experience as a management consultant and financial advisor when he joined one of the Big Five Firms Accountants.

Bachelor of Geodetic Engineering from ITB and Studied Apparatus Human Resource Management. Involved in many mapping survey  projects during his 32 years of service in The Indonesian Army since 1988 and has experience in the field of Geotechnical,  Exploration and Exploitation Supervision. As Commercial and Operations Director, he is currently responsible for human resources & experts quality improvement in the field.
